You're talking total over 20 years???? Shit that's about 3 billion per year.....some of our hedge fund managers make that much by themselves..... What will the Kochs get from the KXL?? Grant money a reason for thousands of scientist agreeing with climate change..... A typical grant to a prof is about 200-300 K which supports about 3 grad students and the prof...
