To all:

Is anyone else wondering how the silver dollar sized dish and the tape player gadget is going to get power? Will you have to run wires from the car battery to the dish glued to your back window, and also to the gadget stuck in your tape player? The silver dollar dish seems awfully small for a device that has to house receiver circuitry, as well as transmitter circuitry (to transmit to the tape player gadget), not to mention "super batteries" (remember, the silver dollar dish will have to be constantly receiving as well as transmitting, as long as the user wants to listen to the CD quality radio.)

Also, lets address this "CD quality" radio. Does that mean the silver dollar sized dish also transmits digital signals to the tape player gadget? Or will there be potential for signal degredation and interference between the dish and the gadget??

Next, how does the driver turn-off the dish glued to the back window? Does he or she reach in back and press a button, or does the dish perpetually receive/transmit?

Finally, I suggest anyone considering investing to read the patents owned by CDRD that describe how the entire nation will be covered with only two satellites. There are humorous drawings that show how, when one satellite is blocked by a mountain or tall building, the signal can be received from the second satellite. What happens when there is a mountain or building blocking both satellites???

Just some questions to ponder before dropping any hard-earned dollars into this "3-men-in-a-garage" operation.

FWIW: I have neither a long nor a short position in CDRD. (Couldn't find any free shares to short at $24 :) )
