Caesars World executive Bruce C. Hinckley as CFO

BURBANK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 23, 1996--Roy A. Wright,
Iwerks Entertainment co-chairman and chief executive officer, Monday
announced the appointment of Bruce C. Hinckley, 49, to the position
of chief financial officer of the multisensory-attractions leader.

Hinckley's appointment is effective immediately.

As chief accounting officer for more than 10 years of Caesars
World Inc., a gaming and hospitality company with revenues in excess
of $1.4 billion and approximately 10,000 employees, Hinckley has
diversified international and domestic financial-management and
accounting experience. Caesars World was acquired last year by ITT
Corp.

as CFO with other midsize and small companies makes him the ideal
