If that tax refund has not arrived yet, it is likely going to be ugly... What new cautionary notes will this one add? No doubt something regarding the uncertainty of receiving the refund. If he hasn't pulled that tax refund rabbit out of his hat yet, its going to be tough to spin (without copious quantities of cautionary notes to absolve the spinning)? What happens if the report late?
