Yes, that is correct....we can all read the papers..... Based on whats happened here in the last month, most are convinced this is one of the snowiest winters on record.......but.....the fact is...at this time last year we had twice at much snow.....not as cold though.....it's 8F as I write this....forecast says going to -12F overnight but I don't believe it, we're supposed to be -10 F right now...
