Looking at ANCR's chart for Dec (price and volume)... clearly investors are selling for tax loss. The weakness in buying can also be "explained" (understood) by the fact <$5.00 price means no margin purchasing. How many "tech heavy" investors have cash laying around after the last 90 days???

Hopefully, the "raising capital issue" as well as OEM's will develop in the coming quarter. I still see more upside than downside... all things considered.
