I skimmed your previous posts: are you referring to 3Com's revenue weight?

Sansone specifically said that 3Com's pre-announcement involved modem pieces that Jabil does not manufacture. In fact, Quantum's pre-announcement involved disk parts, and Jabil only does tape drive components. He said, in other words, "the pre-announcements by these companies have no effect on us."

He also said that the only effect of Asian financial difficulties on Jabil is a possible, very small increase in income from Maylasian currency conversion.

The 10-K shows no scary legal proceedings, no ridiculous debt... in fact the only new item in the latest earnings that stood out to me was that it cost Jabil almost dollar-for-dollar in costs what it earned in new revenue.

So, the short question is, what's in the 10-K that bothers you?
