Now you're getting the picture. Its all about dilution. Stone ad Co. are to stupid to care and they didn't pay for their stock anyway.

What's going on here is, IMO, that this mgmt team is intentionally trying to make this company so unattractive that no one will take the job. And the shareholders be dammed.

Remember Stones famous quote--"Amgen has 300,000,000 shares outstanding and no one cares, so if TCLN has 100,000,000 shares or more outstanding when the products get approved who cares." I do. Stone is dead wrong for a number of reasons, the 2nd is how much stock is going to be sold to raise money. The 3rd reason is on what terms, but the $64,000.00 question is TO WHOM?

I'm glad someone is finally "getting with it".
