Independent Consultant's Report...Nothing earth shattering but.. I did appreciate the attention to detail and the Legal Basis For This Lottery appears to give the JV partners an exclusive...For a competing company to enter the market with us they would have to meet the same requirements and a lottery would have to have been established prior to 1961... Also the Market last sentence is most interesting and I quote, "It is estimated that 90% of all existing gaming machines in Venezuela are unlicensed, and therefore subject to immediate removal by the authorities." And replace them with NorAm's VLT's???...LOL...I think one could say that this is an excellent report...very little new info just a few extra details...and it gives further credence to what NorAm has been telling the investment world... Anyone know a good junk dealer for those old machines...LOL GO NRAG
