Everything that is not strictly chaos, you call "design". Rather silly... If there is something (and apparently there is) and if there are value judgements (and apparently there are)--then cognitive evaluation will invent patterns of congruency and cohesiveness--or "design". None of this suggests some imaginary being with imaginary attributes. Such an idea is gratuitous and self-serving--and actually quite absurd...
