JB, As irritating as Hank may be- You should listen to him here. ECI is in a downward trend. The smart money has been selling since the first week of November, and a new downward volume breakout occured last week. Like I said previously, it wouldn't surprise me if it falls below 10. ECI did have a good bull run this year- between 6/6 and 10/13, and it undoubtedly will have others. It's all in the timing. A little tip(from one Kentuckian to another)- completely disreguard all company press releases, upgrades, downgrades, earnings reports and news in general- and learn to read the technicals. That's the only way you're ever going to figure out why a stock price is moving. TW
