Gary,

Let it go...

So far as I know, there is nothing unethical about doing research during the course of ones trading day. And unless you have a transcript of their conversation suggesting collusion you don't have a case, if then.

Take some time, reread your posts, sit back and reflect on whether they are successfully making your case or are they reflecting an exasperated shareholder who lacks the ammunition to support his investment (ie: credible information/progress from this company.)

By hyping the fact that MikeK. spoke with Mork, excluding his statements that he has spoken with MANY people about RMIL, including Morgan, are you not guilty of unethical misrepresentation of the facts??

And ponder this. Just what if RMIL's management is attempting to hype this stock, lacking substantive fundamentals or news?? Does that make YOU unethical?? Would that make any broker favoring RMIL's side to his clients/customers "unethical"? Especially if this company winds up completely in the "ditch"?

Gary, I don't believe that you have yet learned that they market is a "war". And when one fights as rough as you do, I think I would want to be sure that I was sticking my neck out for a worthy cause.

Regards,

Ron
