Not much explanation needed. Obama promised the insurance companies a kickback if they'd play ball. The did, by holding down premiums until more idiots can be roped into Obamacare.

So, he paid them, ILLEGALLY, essentially about 1/3 of what their annual profit margin, as an industry, usually runs. Out of unappropriated, STOLEN taxpayer dollars.

Pathetic. The president ought to be in prison for this.
