If people are currently selling tech for the 1997 tax loss, why wouldn't they be ripe for a rebuy in January?

They have undergone a mini-bear the past two months, other sectors haven't. Who has more downside risk?

SI seams to be very anti-analyst. How do you feel about the predictions, etc your brother generates for ML?
