News release!!!! Take a chill pill Robert, a lot of stocks are getting beaten for no apparent reason right now. The Dow may be up but many small stocks are still lagging. Think long term and I'm sure management will come through.

Cycomm International Wins Order of About $1.5 Million For 201
PCMobiles From Henrico County, Virginia

MCLEAN, Va. Dec. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Cycomm International Inc. (Amex: CYI - news) announced today that it has been
awarded a contract of about $1.5 million to supply the Henrico County, Virginia, Police Department with 201 of its
PCMobile rugged laptop computers. The Company is scheduled to deliver as many as 45 PCMobiles to Henrico County by
the end of the year with the remaining units to be delivered early in 1998.

The PCMobile will be installed by Unisys Corp. [NYSE:UIS - news] in police vehicles in Henrico County, Virginia, which
surrounds the city of Richmond, as part of the county's modernization of its communications and information technology
systems for its police department. The new technology will enhance speed and efficiency in routine procedures as well as
increase officer safety.

Major D. A. Middleton, Henrico County's Assistant Chief of Police said, ''The installation of PCMobiles into our police
vehicles will enhance our effectiveness and efficiency. Officer safety is also in important issue and PCMobile has the safety
features we were looking for.''
