Looks like everyone here is in quiet anticipation of tonight's season finale of Downton Abbey. Will Anna end the season in jail? I somehow think not. Maybe Bates will take her place. I have a feeling Gillingham is involved in this somehow. Also, what about Lady Edith? Are they going to let her end the season with Marigold accepted by Robert and all going relatively well? Will someone "downstairs" gossip and cause trouble? Edith has always been my favorite of the sisters and I like seeing her smiling for a change. Can't stand Mary these days. I'm not 100% convinced that Greggson is dead, but doubt if he's going to show up tonight. I guess it's our last show with Tom, at least for awhile. Nice season for Moseley, Baxter, Carson and Mrs. Hughes. I don't really buy the new Daisy, but that's okay. Thomas is evolving a little too much towards being reasonable for my taste though. Not crazy about them marrying off Rose, as she was needed to add some youth and wildness to the festivities. The Dowager and Mrs. Crawley have had interesting seasons. It was good to see Maggie Smith have prominence again, as she was tending towards the sidelines for the last couple of seasons and that was a waste. Overall, I think it was a good season. Just hope they don't kill someone off at the last second again.

Looks like they're ignoring the Chariots of Fire Olympics though. What a pity. That would be like Mad Men ignoring the '69 Mets :)
