Scott-If you call Vicky Ringer at 803-737-4406 at the S.C. Dept of Revenue, she will send you a hard copy of the last quarterly report. This report lists the # of machines by owner. I have the Qtr ending Dec 1996, which is out of date now.This listed 23,900 machines and I believe the latest number is 31000. This report for instance lists Mims Amusement Leasing Co. with 318 machines, Darlington Music Co. was listed as 5th in the state with 643 machines. When I last talked to George Harrison of Darlington, he stated that he was paying $800000 per year in state license fees, (400 machines at $2000), so I dont know what happened to the 643 machines listed in the Dec 96 report. Unless he maintains them separately or sold them off.
