IKGH,

Aside from any goodwill write-offs, I am pretty confident they will make 0.20+ this quarter. I modeled out their P&L as a function of rolling chip count and win rate and it has fit pretty darn well, but who knows. Quarter to quarter their earnings will vary based on rolling chip count and win rate. For the time being, moderate rolling cheap count (to keep incentive payment down) and high win rate are better :)

Unlike you, I am not bullish on China. I wouldn't bet against it either, but I don't trust the managed economy in China, and I don't trust companies not to cheat me. I think there is too much corruption.

On the other hand, this stock has a dividend and has claimed to do a buyback and it is too cheap for me to ignore. We'll see.

I've also been buying Domtar (UFS) and BURCA. Two stocks with nice dividends and reasonable ratios. Domtar is also buying back stock.
