there is nothing wrong with buying a stock at its present high, that is how stocks move up. On WX, it has a eps=37, RS=54 in IBD meaning of all stocks 63% beat WX in earnings growth and 56% in price movement. Dave was referring to EPS>80 and RS>80 stocks. I hope your 130 has some of those, you will see higher highs in that type of stock if market conditions are positive.

BBB isn't for bottom fishing. It is to find strong stocks with a little pullback. But you need to have the right database.
