At a minimum... those others have taken YEARS of litigation, beyond the local decision, and a lot of $$$... along with the intestinal fortitude of a management willing to fight to see justice done.

Is PAW management up to the challenge ?

I really don't know.

In the past, I've criticized them for obvious problems... structuring "trap doors" for investors... posturing they owned the deposit when they really didn't, etc., which proved out to be the case, exactly in regard as the concern I'd expressed.

I still think the biggest risk PAW investors face... is PAW management...

But, they did correct themselves last time it was pointed out that they were... ah... not fully compliant...

What will they do this time ?
