I expect an official El Nino this year, around July.

After 100 predictions of El Nino over the past year, I'm sure NOAA will say they were right on forecasting an El Nino.

La Nina in 2017, and El Nino in 2020. The La Nina of 2017 is what I expect will eradicate the thought of global warming. Climate takes time :)
