to rebut this, using a small cell, which can work exacty like a wifi cell, and aided by a wifi cell, can provie all that service they need.

The small cell is simple to install, using power and Ethernet. Verizon brings it up and it works.

there are also less expensive repeater cells (Nextivity) and full up enterprise level small cells.

Doing a building with modern wiring (CAT 5) is about 10x less than doing that same building in DAS.
