I have read it. Yes, he used some socialist rhetoric, but once he was in power implemented none of it. He didn't socialize any industries. He didn't implement vast social programs. In fact, he showed little interest in economics outside of building up his war machine. His vision for companies was that they were little Reichs with the owner being the fuhrer and the employees were totally subordinate to him. How is that a socialist concept?
