When we built the cellular industry, we installed 10,000 sites in 10 years. For PCS, we're asked to built 100,000 sites in 5 years, with a reduced workforce. Since it takes 2 years to train techs ... well you know the rest of the story. However, aside from installers, we're waiting for mfgrs. of lines, antennas, towers, and test equipment to deliver the goods. It will eventually fall into place, but the impossible takes a bit longer.
