we have value to each other. However, somehow that has been confused by some as an intrinsic value. People are a social species. We require interaction and without it most become "ill" in a variety of ways. It seems white people have a lessor value due to the lack of social concern when one is assaulted and or killed. Is that the value to which you refer? Family has value to those within the group. None of which places an intrinsic value on the being. What a person can accomplish and produce is valued and that person is compensated accordingly until their performance fails.
