Hi all, Great news, TSE 300 Composite Index notice Magellan Aerospace Corp MAL Shares issued Dec 16 close $9.05 Wed 17 Dec 97 News Release See Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE) News Release Ms Christine Wyszynski reports Effective before the open on Friday December 19 1997 the shares of Dominion Textiles will be removed from the TSE 300 Composite Index. Over 98% of Dominion Textile's shares have been tendered to the share purchase offer by DT Acquisition and DT Acquisition has received approval under the Investment Canada Act for this acquisition. Please note the following changes to the TSE 300 Composite Index before the open on Friday, December 19 1997: Stock to be added: Magellan Aerospace Corp (MAL) Group/Subgroup - 6.4 (Transportation Equipment) Stock to be removed: Dominion Textiles Inc (DTX) Group/Subgroup - 5.5 (Household Goods) Now Magellan Aerospace Corp (MAL) will also be added to and Dominion Textiles Inc (DTX) will be removed from the TSE 200 Index effective before the open Friday December 19 1997.
