Re: STRL It may take 1 or 2 quarters of earnings to show the strength of their order book. Also, company needs to show the market that they can maintain completion schedules on time & on budget. Some of their past jobs were bid too low, thus accounting for recent losses. Down side risk small at current levels. I also have exposure in GV another small cap construction company. The positive for both of these companies is that they have exposure in U.S. only and so far, that's the strongest economy poised for future sustained growth. ------------------------------------------------------ EKS
