I think this insider trading stuff might have been posted before, but I don't recall the names being posted. I thought it interesting that Cole, one of the BIG THREE, thought it necessary to sell 400,000 shares of UMSI at a buck. I guess he didn't see $5 per share by years end, eh? Or perhaps he saw .11 coming? Nice if we could have been clued in. Maybe Murry, below (his first sale), was just predicting the future.

Of course, Cole's problem could have been "domestic" in nature. At least Baker and Zani didn't feel the need to dump a lot of their Shares.
