Corporate status is the Best ever in the history of this company. We have no long term debt, We have sales, we have patents, We have a 1.5:1 Assest to Liability ratio. We have a$210,000.00 positive stockholder equity. The company is FINE.

The USA and Canadian stock exchanges in December always takes a correction on stocks under $3.00. Money managers, Brokers and mutual fund managers try to reposition portfolios to obtain the best TAX advanatge for the filings in 1998. These so-called TAX sales will end in the next few days.
