Morning Art: You must have worked at the IBM facility in Rochester MN at one time or another? I got the info from the following link. There was a ten day free trial, so I signed up and ran everything they had on UMSI. stocksmartpro.com Also, all the sales were Form 144, Notice of intent by insiders to sell restricted stock. There is no indication of any buying going on. Though I guess 144s are not usually filed electronically, so I guess Edgar doesn't reflect them. It will be 42 today here in MPLS, I might just hit the links myself. Skaar
