Personally, real estate has been good to me and mine these past few years. We sold at the bottom but were happy turning a decent profit, bought a commercial lot, ran into a community buzzsaw, ended up flipping to the County for a park and bought a nice subdivision with entitlements grandfathered in that had sat there in limbo for over 20 years. Very, very happy with how it all worked out. -vbg-
