Buyout ? Anything is possible at this point and Trinity just might be ripe for the picking with enough cash in the till and a slug of SLF shares. If they were to prevail in the SLF/ENV " Brewhaha " they would be in the catbird seat....A favorable outcome would bring in millions and I'll let you do the math on that one. I would imagine ROK & JOC would go on a buying binge ! Trinity is an Irish company and I believe it will reamain that way. They have way too many ties to the Irish bureaucracy ( Trade Board etc ) and the companies favorable tax treatment from the Irish Tax system. Remember all the Research Grants which the company has ongoing. Who would be interested ? Large Pharma ? I doubt it.....
