PDAC: Had excellent meetings with David Cass of FCV. There was a property payment due end of Feb that has not been announced. I expect news further to that in the next 2 weeks. They are hoping to structure the deal a little differently, possibly a higher payment for an immediate earn in to their 70% option ( they have the option to purchase the remaining 30%). They have been well received by the fert industry, particularly large Chinese, and Indian companies , however, those companies do not understand the jr industry where it is common to earn your way in to a % ownership. If FCV can restructure the agreement to gain immediate ownership I think it will change things right away.

Meanwhile, the positive metallurgy report, and specifically the ability to process each of the individual phosphate beds as one, is another benefit to a low cost production profile.I have owned FCV for years and think the next 2 years should be very rewarding for shareholders.
