You are reading this response from a Pentium Pro/Windows NT WEB server.

I guess that explains the slugishness and flakiness we get. Often, I hit Next, and the next screen comes up in more than 30 seconds, while another process is getting data just fine. Other times I can't even connect, but when I try a couple of minutes later, I get in just fine.

Don't take this as a criticism of Intel processors. I am pretty sure they are working just fine at 10 - 20% CPU utilization. It is the NT part that is flaky.
