'Steve---Precisely! When the reality of the sins of mankind poured upon Jesus--at that point--Jesus became sin. That is when the fellowship with the Father was broken. It was the spritiual death--the sepraration from the Father-that was Jesus's greatest suffering. With that understanding, the mysterious Words--'my God, my God, why have you forsaken me--become meaningful. He became sin and tasted death for all men that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. Hallelujah..Hallelujah..praise His holy name for ever more. Jesus, Jesus , name aabove all names.
