I got the shareholder letter recently and they only earned a penny per share in the 4rth quarter. For the full year they earned $4.6 million - of .42 per share. But as was pointed out earlier by someone here (perhaps you) 2.6 million of that was tax related so if that is backed out their eps for 2014 was around .18 on earnings of ~ $2 million. Some selling last week and the stock dropped something like 36% on 30k shares. I suspect it has to do with them backing out of the cannabis industry last mo ... MBank pulls out of Colorado a week after taking on cannabis accounts ... or maybe some folks just didnt like the 4rth Q earnings report --- it was WAY less than the .06 they earned last year for the same quarter. As they continue to improve the moves up will be be equally substantial ... i.e. when buyers decide to own shares the stock could move up 36% on 30k shares on the buy side. Seems to have a pretty tight float.
