Agree Snowball. Keep expectations low with family. Upside surprises are much better. I don't tell my family anything about what I am investing in; much better that way as I can wait for my picks to grow.

Back in my younger days, my targets were way too high and no substance to back them up, now the companies need to perform and then I will adjust targets. Like you, I think .25- .30 is a good target for Bzi for this year. Baby steps......
