Rick Scott is an unconvicted felon, who should not be governor. It is too bad he was re-elected. But we re-elected Obama, who is worse than a felon, he's stupid. That being said, this Miami Herald report is just shameful. It makes the presumption that global warming matters, that it is real, and man-made, none of which has been proved. Why would anyone spent money on it at this point, which was after all what these guys wanted. So, Scott sucks, doesn't suck as bad as Obama, but made the right decision in this case to close his eyes and thumb his nose at ridiculous nonsense.
