> SAN DIEGO--A class action has been commenced in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California on behalf of purchasers of S3 Incorporated ("S3") common... blah...blah...blah....If you are a member of the Class described above, you may, no later than 60 days from November 6, 1997, move the Court to serve as lead plaintiff of the Class, if you so choose. In order to serve as lead plaintiff, however, you must meet certain legal requirements."
So, in order to move the Court to serve as lead plaintiff, would one of the certain legal requirements be that I have to be a bottom-dwelling, scum-sucking attorney? If not, I'll make the move, and sue 'em all for a dollar.....I mean combined...all defendants have to pool their resources and pay us a dollar. That's about how much we would get anyway, and the company would be in a better place....and our stock value would be in a better place....
BTW, who do I have that 6-pack bet with?
