Why wouldn't a TPRO client company want their name in a press release? Think like a lawyer! What happens If the management admits to a problem that needs fixing, then for some reason something goes wrong or partially wrong and they get sued? The plaintiff's lawyers will point to the press release, say the management knew they had a problem all along and because their client was damaged the "cause" was management negligence and they have to pay! Whether you believe this or not, the lawyers believe it and would only be prudent to advise their company to keep their mouths shut and their profile low.
