Or as in Arkansas--------first there was the "shoe factory"------that manufacture sturdy well made shoes. Then the shoe factory was closed. With these loss of jobs, the money in circulation decreased. One day there was the line of traffic going through the small town------then there was no traffic.

It was rather eery no morning traffic and no evening traffic. When a major factory or business leaves an area It is difficult to regenerate an area. .
