FCV. Bottom line from this news is FCV now has the cash to advance the project but more importantly now has immediate 70% ownership. Without clear ownership title they have been hindered in their talks with major international fertilizer producers. It is worth noting Mitsui paid $275 million for a 25% stake in Vale's Phosphate mine, 10 miles away in the same phosphate system deposit as Focus. Not making a direct comparison but that helps put some perspective on what Focus may have here.
