(Bloomberg) -- U.S. stocks fell, wiping out gains for the year, as the dollar strengthened to near a 12-year high versus the euro amid speculation the Federal Reserve is moving closer to raising interest rates.

A strong dollars means we purchase more products for less when we purchase products from nations whose currency value is lower than ours. That also applies to our labour charges in production elsewhere where nations who have a lower currency value than ours. The only possible negative here is if our USA administration costs are excessively high.

Other negative home grown starts to become to expensive so you have an internal economic slow down which requires low rates to stimulate growth.

Interest rates rise to prevent inflation so now we have lower costing products elsewhere that could end up as deflation why would we at this time raise interest rates?

Ever a Maestro is it Magicians we are seeking now?
