Mohan, Intel investors have no reasons to get excited with China market. $1,200 is a big fortune for the majority of this market. This is the market for sub-$500 PC or $199 information appliance which use TV to work with. In addition, Chinese people like to play smart game to buy the better with less money. Intel would find itself very difficult to compete with AMD and Cyrix in this market.
