This has potentially altered the dynamic of the negotiation by putting the Iranian leadership on notice that even though the president is an idiot there are competent adults who will decide the validity of any agreement Obama makes without asking permission first.

Actually this has a higher potential of costing Corker dem votes in his effort to secure Congressional participation. But hey, when did common sense get in the way of emotional bullshit from the likes of republicans?
