My experience is that my CoQ10 blood levels were too low from diet alone despite trying to eat right. Supplementing with 100mg put me way out of range on the high side so I settled for 50mg which seems to put me right in the middle of the range. I had my test done thru LEF though you might find it cheaper elsewhere.
