I look at this in the glass half empty kind of way. If they didn't extend the warrants it would indicate to me that even management doesn't think it will ever hit a buck again and can't be bothered but with the extension, it shows they think there might be some hope (See! We believe!) and probably didn't take much time and work to do it. It's nice to see the share price finally climb above the 12 cent level but it might be just on the off chance that the 2015 work project announcement that is already late might contain something more than another study or review. I expect it will be out soon....
