Perhaps. But if you are a potential investor looking for potential, wouldn't this be a soft signal that acquiring cuu shares for under 20 cents might provide up to a 400% profit within a that time period? That's why I think investors see the 1$ price as just another random number with not much to support it, especially if you add the rest of the story.

Unless someone knows of past examples shares moving on this sort of 'news'.
