First fire the new VA Secretary who lied about being in Special Forces.

Then the VA manager who sent the offensive email.

Then fire the VA administrators who were made aware of the email “a couple of months ago" and did nothing.

The VA needs a good housecleaning and that would be a wonderful place to begin.
