FCV: That was an excellent newsletter they put out I agree but I didn’t see a mention of one thing. I attended the FCV at PDAC & loed at core and had a chance to talk with Ralph Rushton immediately afterwards and asked him about water, which will need to be used in their proposed process. Now that area of Peru is dry as a bone with no freshwater, so he said they would be using seawater in their process. On first look this seems to be a great solution to the problem, but it might also be somewhat of a risk. The processing plant which would be a mechanical entity would have to be constructed to be able to withstand the corrosive powers of saltwater. The other thing I was thinking about, hopefully it is of minor concern, is that the concentrated ore will need to be dried and what would be the residual effect of seawater salts on the product? Maybe they can get the project sold before they ever have to build the plant?

SKE: action today was a little disappointing but it’s presumably some of the private placement stock coming out with the owners keeping the warrants? I was told that most of that PP was in very strong institutional hands so hopefully there’s not a lot of stock coming out. There is of course another financing in the wind to pay for this year’s exploration activity, I think they would like to get another $3 million into the treasury. One can only hope that is at a reasonable price and the current activity is not setting up for a lower price? There will be additional properties put into the company, they are looking for high quality ones that can be worked during the winter months.
